Employment Opportunity:

We are seeking driven professionals to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of inclusive employment in regional Queensland.

Multiple full-time positions are available across Gladstone and Hervey Bay, including Regional Managers, Team Leaders, Facilitators, Community Engagement Consultants, Diversity Recruitment Specialists, and Workforce Retention Consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic direction and operational excellence across entire portfolio.
  • Oversee site-specific operations and support high-performing teams.
  • Deliver tailored support to participants, ensuring sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Build strong local networks and partnerships to enhance community involvement.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and connect employers with diverse talent.
  • Support long-term employment success through proactive retention strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Passion for inclusive employment and genuine commitment to empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Relevant experience in employment services, community engagement, recruitment, or workforce development (role-dependent).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – ability to work effectively with people from all walks of life.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with job seekers, employers, and community stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and initiative – dynamic, fast-paced environment encourages innovation.
  • Team leadership or coordination experience (for leadership roles).
  • Understanding of local labour markets and barriers to employment in regional communities.
  • A current driver's licence and ability to travel locally as required.
