Job Description

This role is primarily responsible for developing visual communications and executing complex project requirements. You will be working on various projects spanning transportation, buildings, water, new energy, and the environment.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing end-to-end graphic design production efforts, including graphic design of qualifications, proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, and billable deliverables.
  • Executing design concepts to support marketing campaigns and social media campaigns.
  • Laying out bid documents, capability statements, and other work-winning materials.
  • Researching and developing new ways of presenting our brand.
  • Creative and editing materials for large events and campaigns.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Communications, or similar courses.
  • Relevant experience in a corporate environment, outsourcing, shared services, or similar model within Graphic Design function or any other relevant roles and functions.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a solid background in print, editorial, or brochure design.
  • A strong understanding and creative approach to brand identity and visual aesthetics.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is between $85,000 - $97,000 per annum. We offer a wide array of compensation and benefits programs to meet the diverse needs of our employees and their families.
