We're seeking a seasoned Hotel Operations Expert to spearhead our Front of House team

About the Role

Main Responsibilities
  1. Establish and maintain positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  2. Develop innovative solutions to overcome challenges and achieve operational excellence.
  3. Raise the bar by mentoring and guiding Front Office staff, fostering their growth and monitoring performance.
  4. Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to OH&S regulations and responding promptly to emergencies.
  5. Manage reservations, guest accounts, and reports with precision, making informed decisions to drive revenue growth.
  6. Cultivate a culture of transparency by regularly analysing data and driving business outcomes.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in Hotel Operations, including leadership roles as Supervisor or Manager.
  • Proven ability to multitask under pressure, supported by strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in reservation and property management systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule.
