Hotel Services Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Hotel Services Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with the operational team to provide expert advice on hotel services across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for catering, cleaning, and laundry services
  • Provide professional guidance on service delivery and operations management
  • Contribute to the enhancement of in-house dining services to elevate client experience
  • Collaborate with the Practice and Quality team to ensure safety and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Recognized qualifications and/or experience in hospitality management
  • Minimum of 3 years' industry experience in hotel services management
