We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Employment Consultant. This role will involve supporting individuals with disabilities, injuries, or barriers to employment in finding and securing meaningful work opportunities.
As an Employment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and securing job openings with local employers, supporting participants in developing the skills necessary to become job-ready, and delivering high-quality services while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.

- Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion towards those with disability, injury, or barriers to employment.
You will also need to be solution-focused, motivated, and able to go above and beyond for your participants.
Individuals with a background in sales, retail, call center, hospitality, consulting, business development, and administration are well-suited to this role, as they can leverage transferable skills and experience to excel as an Employment Consultant.
