About the Role

For over three decades, our organisation has been at the forefront of employment services across Australia.

As an Employment Consultant in our Inclusive Employment program, you'll work closely with individuals with disabilities to connect them to sustainable employment opportunities. You will guide, support, and motivate participants on their journey to employment, while developing strong relationships with employers and support organisations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Utilising a person-centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment by identifying and leveraging their skills and strengths.
  • Developing positive partnerships with local employers to create sustainable employment opportunities for participants through strategic networking and relationship-building.
  • Enhancing employability through referrals to support services and training programs that cater to individual needs.
  • Providing ongoing in-employment support to sustain employment and promote participant growth and development.
  • Marketing participants' skills to prospective employers through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Achieving program performance and quality benchmarks by tracking progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records, adhering to all compliance requirements, and contributing to a culture of transparency and accountability.
