Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused professional to join our growing team in Canberra.

In this flexible, mobile role, you will deliver personalised banking solutions and build strong relationships across the capital's diverse and close-knit communities.

This isn't your typical desk job. You'll be on the move, meeting customers where it suits them best, from the leafy streets of Inner South, to the growing suburbs of Gungahlin, and the family-friendly communities of Tuggeranong.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture strong networks across Canberra and surrounding regions, uncovering new opportunities in local communities.
  • Drive growth in key areas like Gungahlin, Tuggeranong, and Inner South.
  • Take initiative in generating leads across lending, insurance, wealth, and business banking.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Deliver bespoke solutions with a focus on exceptional service and long-term relationships.
  • Contribute to driving business success in your designated region.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated business development experience and networking skills.
  • Home lending experience.
  • High-level sales skills with an exceptional member focus.
  • Previous success in relationship management and identifying new business relationships.
  • The ability to carry out needs-based conversations.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to make a positive contribution to the local community.
  • Strong lending experience is highly desirable.
