Supporting Families through Collaborative Case Management

Central Australian Aboriginal Congress offers a rewarding career opportunity as a Family Support Specialist. This role provides case management to families of children receiving assessment services or therapeutic interventions from the CYATS Team.
Case management includes advocacy, outreach, parenting support, life skills, and facilitating access to community services. The position works in partnership with an Aboriginal Family Support Worker to provide a range of interventions that aim to improve child outcomes with a focus on parents/carers.
- Experience in providing case management and parenting support to vulnerable families is essential.
- Knowledge of child development, neurodevelopmental disorders, and the impact of trauma on children is also required.
