The Child and Youth Assessment & Therapeutic Service (CYATS) is seeking a Clinical Case Coordinator to support the team in providing responsive services to children/young people and their families referred for assessment/treatment.
">As a key member of the CYATS team, you will play a vital role in collecting background information about clients, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and managing administrative tasks as required.
">The service aims to provide children and young people with neurodevelopmental vulnerability access to seamless assessment, treatment, management, and support through a multidisciplinary team (MDT).
