About the Opportunity

Family and Domestic Violence Case WorkerWe are looking for a full-time Family and Domestic Violence Case Worker based in Broome, WA.You will work directly with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women and their children, providing trauma-informed case management support tailored to family and domestic violence recovery.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting risk assessments and developing culturally safe safety plans
  • Managing a caseload of clients experiencing or recovering from family and domestic violence
  • Coordinating wraparound services, referrals, and interagency advocacy
  • Supporting clients with goal setting, healing, and recovery planning
  • Delivering client support with empathy, accountability, and cultural understanding
  • Maintaining accurate client records in line with organisational policy
  • Supporting education and awareness initiatives where required
  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary team in a collaborative environment
