Job Title: Waste Route Optimiser

Overview:

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient delivery and collection of waste.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement optimised bin delivery/collection routes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information regarding route schedules and any issues that may arise
  • Regularly review and analyse routes for opportunities to improve performance
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints by focusing on solutions rather than problems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in scheduling and route planning
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including communication and negotiation, to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent people skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
  • A strong emphasis on maintaining a safe working environment
