Job Description:

The Network Management team is responsible for designing, planning and implementing the airline's route network.

This role involves analysis of new and existing markets, monitoring competitor activity, reviewing schedules to enhance network development and connectivity, and performing ad-hoc analysis to inform fleet/capacity deployment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify incremental earning opportunities through network and capacity optimisation
  • Monitor route profitability performance and optimise capacity deployment for future seasons
  • Analyse market dynamics, develop actionable insights and recommendations to the business
  • Assist with schedule design and budget building, including recommending capacity adjustments in line with seasonal demand fluctuations

A well-rounded individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be able to work with large sets of data to extract meaningful insights and communicate them effectively.

The ideal candidate holds a tertiary qualification in Aviation, Business, Mathematics or another analytical/strategic field, and has at least 2 years of experience in an analytical or aviation-related role. They are an expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
