Earthmover Leader

We are seeking an experienced Earthmover to lead the construction of new farming infrastructure.
- Design and implement planned infrastructure and property developments, including storage dams, cattle feedlots, and water and laneway systems.
- Operate earth-moving equipment such as laser graders, bulldozers, and modern tractors with advanced software.
- Maintain a commercial herd of 800 spring-calving Angus cows and trade/fatten 1,500 steers annually.
- Assist with fodder production during seasonal periods and have knowledge of irrigation practices.
This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent organisational and time management skills, flexibility in your work schedule, and strong communication skills within a team environment.
We are looking for a highly experienced and knowledgeable individual with earthworks and construction experience. The ideal candidate will possess:
- An MC/HR Driver's licence
- A good level of fitness to undertake all farming activities
- Mechanical aptitude
- The ability to work unsupervised for extended periods
- A minimum of 3+ years of relevant earth-moving experience
