Reporting to the Branch Coordinator, this role will see you providing quality diagnostic, repair and maintenance services to our customer's equipment in the field.Key responsibilities include:Providing onsite technical support on Hitachi earthmoving equipment including diagnostics, repair and maintenanceProviding exceptional customer service to our customersEnsure your work sites are kept tidy, and all paperwork is up to dateConducting your work in compliance with all quality and safety standards and proceduresTo be successful in the role, you will have:Relevant Trade Qualification - Certificate III in a Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent discipline (Diesel Mechanic).
Earthmoving equipment experience highly regardedCurrent driver's licenseAbility to work autonomously and proactively solve technical issuesExcellent interpersonal, communication skills and customer service etiquetteAn uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and safety policies and proceduresHitachi Benefits - What's in it for you?
