Job Overview

This is a 12-month contract position for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner. You will play a pivotal role in partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to provide expert HR advice, drive key initiatives and support the development of our people.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partnering with senior management to build and implement HR solutions that align with business goals, driving improvements in talent management, retention and engagement.
  • Collaborating with key internal stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Reporting on and analyzing HR data to provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Supporting managers in performance management processes including setting and reviewing performance objectives and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Driving succession planning and career development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Experience: Proven business partnering experience in senior HR roles focusing on performance management, talent management and driving organizational change.
  • Knowledge: Deep knowledge of HR principles, relevant legislation and contemporary HR practices.
  • Influencing skills: Proven experience in the ability to influence at a senior level, always demonstrating your professionalism and alignment to organizational values.
