HR Business Partner Role

We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in developing and implementing human resource solutions that drive business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and providing expert advice on HR policies and practices. You will also manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement human resource solutions that drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide expert advice on HR policies and practices
  • Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution
  • Counsel and mentor managers on skill development and competency-building
  • Deliver timely HR metrics and support employee lifecycle processes

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in a HR business partnering role within a matrix environment
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and compliance
