Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and influential Senior HR Business Partner to join our organization. As a key member of the HR function, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with stakeholders across the organization to provide expert HR advice, drive key initiatives and support the development of our people.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partnering with senior management to build and implement HR solutions that align with business goals, driving improvements in talent management, retention, and engagement.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Reporting and analysing HR data to provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Supporting managers in performance management processes, including setting and reviewing performance objectives and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Driving succession planning and career development initiatives, guiding managers on employee development programs, coaching, and mentoring to build a strong, high-performing workforce.
Requirements
  • Able to partner effectively with senior leaders and influence decisions at the executive level.
  • Strong planning and analysis skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement in performance and people-related initiatives.
  • Ability to navigate complex HR challenges, including managing employee relations and driving change initiatives.
  • High level of discretion and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build credibility across the organization.
