The Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions in real-world, customer-facing products.

You'll work on systems powering intelligent conversations, context-aware automation, and rapid decision-making. This involves voice, text, and pure machine learning magic, all production-ready, scalable, and delightful to use.

About You
  • 5–8 years of experience as a software engineer, with significant exposure to AI/ML systems in production
  • Strong Python skills, including async/await, error handling, and writing maintainable, production-grade code
  • Deep understanding of modern ML workflows — from model training and fine-tuning to inference at scale
  • Experience with cloud-native deployment (Docker, AWS) and data infrastructure (SQL/NoSQL, Redis)
  • Comfortable optimizing for performance, cost, and reliability in high-traffic environments
Responsibilities
  • Design and enhance AI pipelines for text, voice, and multimodal interactions
  • Develop robust, low-latency inference workflows and integrate them with our product stack
  • Implement intelligent context management systems to make our AI smarter and more personalized
  • Collaborate with product to create conversational and automation flows that feel intuitive and helpful
  • Monitor, measure, and continuously improve performance across our AI stack
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and mentor other engineers in AI/ML best practices
