Job Description:

  • We are seeking a visionary leader to drive national expansion and growth through the existing network.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growth across dispersed locations, with demonstrated experience in the franchise sector, retail operations, or multi-location service businesses within consumer-facing industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive National Expansion – lead through bringing life to the vision, drive growth through the existing network and target franchise development.
  • Operational Excellence – create the rhythm and the cadence by overseeing the standardisation of processes and service protocols to ensure consistency.
  • Leadership Development – empower the people and build a high-performing team that mentor and grow franchisees.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of growth across dispersed locations.
  • Demonstrated experience in the franchise sector, retail operations, or multi-location service businesses within consumer-facing industries.
  • Commercial acumen to drive outcomes through budgets and targets.
  • Able to engage and lead people, build teams and create achievement through others.
