At BallyCara, we're seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to join our team in supporting individuals in need. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance with personal care, mobility, and domestic tasks.

They will also provide social support and facilitate community and wellness activities, communicating effectively with their supervisor about client needs and progress.

Additionally, they will transport clients to appointments and social events, traveling throughout the community between client homes while maintaining clear communication with supervisors.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services, as well as previous experience in aged care or community services.

Basic computer proficiency and accurate documentation skills are essential, along with empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards aging and aged care.

A current Australian Open Driver's License and reliable vehicle are also required.
