Our clinical care professionals play a vital role in supporting and caring for residents at our facilities. Their primary focus is on maintaining independence as residents age, through the provision of contemporary and timely support and care.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality clinical services, develop care plans, and review all aspects of clinical care to ensure resident safety and well-being.
- Apply a customer service focus to all clinical care and service delivery to meet individual needs and preferences.
- Provide safe and effective clinical care based on evidence-based practice and scope of practice guidelines.
- Lead, supervise, and coach care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
This role involves working within residential aged care facilities, requiring significant experience and an understanding of consumer needs. Ideal candidates will be familiar with managing challenging behaviors in individuals with dementia.
Requirements- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in residential aged care facilities.
- Ability to establish trusting relationships and provide person-centered support tailored to individual needs.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, including conflict resolution, supervision, and continuous improvement.
- Current registration and valid work rights in Australia.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (if required).
