Experienced Food and Beverage Attendants are sought after to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members and guests whilst promoting our values.

The role involves efficiently taking orders, upselling products, assisting in meal and beverage preparation, and ensuring quality and presentation standards. You will also maintain cleanliness of all service areas, handle payment transactions accurately, and deliver accurate, friendly and efficient service.

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will have the opportunity to work across various outlets including multiple restaurants, cafes, bars, and function spaces. To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Current RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential)\
  • Full working rights in Australia\
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment\
  • Possess excellent communication skills\
  • Exceptional grooming and presentation\
  • Flexibility to work a rotating 24 hours, 7-day week roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.\
