Our team is seeking a seasoned leader to manage, mentor and grow our high-performing implementation team in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and develop high-performing teams that meet and exceed quarterly goals and targets.
  • Resolve customer escalations for maximum satisfaction and positive relationships.
  • Develop and optimize processes using data-driven insights to drive efficiency and improve the customer experience.
  • Implement quarterly plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and continuously improve performance on key metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical account management and support teams to create a seamless customer journey.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience leading an implementation or customer success team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience hiring and managing a distributed team.
  • Proven track record of scaling teams and maintaining SLAs and other key performance metrics.
  • Data-driven approach to developing, tracking and optimizing performance metrics.
  • Learning mindset, people-first attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
