Job Description

We are seeking an experienced clinician to lead a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to deliver high-quality services aligned with industry standards.

About the Role

The Team Leader will work across regions, managing and supporting high-performing teams to achieve outstanding results.

  • Extensive experience working with clients in various settings
  • Experience with clinical supervision and willingness to travel on a regular basis
  • Strong operational skills with demonstrated experience in managing teams
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities

  • Providing clinical guidance and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners
  • Leading and managing high-performing teams to achieve outstanding results
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve service quality and efficiency
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current suitability as a Behaviour Support Practitioner at the Proficient or Advanced level
  • Substantial experience in the provision of positive behaviour supports
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work at a high professional standard in a collaborative manner
