Leadership Role: Clinical Excellence

The Clinical Lead position is a dynamic leadership opportunity that supports the delivery of high-quality community assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and connect with clinicians, ACNA schedulers and review assessment requests to ensure optimal team placement.
  • Support clinicians in community and the sector through education and information sharing.
  • Maintain collaboration with colleagues across Australia, coordinate case conferences, and meet with clinicians regularly.
  • Contribute to future aged care reforms using daily work experiences and feedback provided.
  • Participate in recruitment, induction, and training to ensure great learning experiences for all clinicians.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Social Worker, OT, Physio or RN qualification and registration with AHPRA or AASW.
  • At least one year of experience working in aged care or with older people.
