   This role will play a pivotal part in executing our Staff Augmentation Services strategy, primarily focused on driving staff augmentation services solutions into the Perth market, liaising with Customers and Sales Management team.

   You will be responsible for a patch of well-established, existing accounts and generating leads from the wider business. The key focus lies in analyzing the client's situation and business requirements through awareness, empathy, and good questioning, influencing clients to use our solutions by articulating value in their terms.

   Drive client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients' buying process by taking ownership of the commercial agreement for each client.

   Your goal will be to realize revenue and margin targets and exploit opportunities while displaying notable client service orientation.

   Generate demand by assisting clients to identify current needs (turning clients' implied needs into explicit needs) and effectively articulate how we can add value through our services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales initiatives for augmentation services, pipeline generation, and meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Work towards ensuring sales opportunities are accurately forecast and prosecuted to closure.
  • Drive efficiency in the sales process to engage in sales campaigns and proactively look for, drive, and win augmentation opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, qualify their requirements, and introduce our augmentation services.
  • Establish and maintain short and long-term resource placements with clients to assist in meeting their operational and strategic goals.
  • Manage commercial negotiations for resource placement.
  • Ensure effective communication of opportunities to sales management (local and national) and resourcing team.
  • Develop and maintain a sales territory plan and present this monthly.
  • Record and maintain sales statistics and account profile information in our CRM.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years specific experience in selling ICT services (or have the ability to transition from a recruitment function into ICT services), resourcing, and/or recruitment solutions.
  • Strong background in business development.
  • Demonstrating a proven track record in meeting sales targets and developing opportunity pipelines is essential.
  • A very good track record for developing quality client relationships, industry networking, and sales success.
  • Good understanding of ICT trends and industry standards.
  • Technical background is desirable.
  • Ability to articulate and align our solution offerings to client-specific business requirements.
