We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Designer to join our team as a In-Store Experience Specialist. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you will be responsible for designing and executing visually appealing in-store displays, window displays, and product presentations that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Visual Merchandising to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with business objectives
  • Design and execute in-store displays, window displays, and product presentations that meet brand standards and aesthetic guidelines
  • Develop technical specifications for props and fixtures, including materials, dimensions, and colours
  • Create floor layouts and styling guidelines for new collections and product refreshes
  • Provide feedback on department-specific fixtures and produce comprehensive guidebooks for seamless execution by store teams
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or a similar creative role within a retail environment
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful in-store displays, window displays, and product presentations
  • Strong understanding and appreciation for the brand's aesthetic and target customer
  • Proficiency in design software and 3D design tools
  • Knowledge of retail fixture design, window dressing, and in-store display techniques
