We are seeking a talented Visual Merchandising Area Manager to join our team in Victoria, Australia.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to partner with our VM Creative team and Retail Regional Manager to drive successful visual merchandising strategies across multiple stores. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong understanding of product collections, briefs, and brand strategy, enabling you to ensure alignment across stores.

You will be responsible for coaching and empowering Store Managers to own effective VM execution, while driving operational excellence and maintaining a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product collections, briefs, and brand strategy to ensure alignment across stores.
  • Develop and implement store layouts that reflect brand identity while maximising space and enhancing customer experience.
  • Work closely with the Retail Regional Manager to prioritise store visits based on VM needs and strategic focus.
  • Provide coaching and development to store teams, focusing on visual merchandising best practices and empowering Store Managers to execute VM requirements effectively.
  • Track and monitor the execution status of store VM roll-outs to ensure timely, accurate, and safe completion.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and optimise the VM process, improving both team member experience and customer journey.
  • Implement and adhere to WHS policies and procedures.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in analysing product performance data and applying it to VM strategies.
  • Previous experience coaching and developing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and Store Managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process optimisation and efficiency.
