Job Opportunity

The Senior Project Engineer is a key role that focuses on the traffic management of major infrastructure projects. As a critical member of the project team, you will lead and manage local subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring performance outcomes and delivery.

About the Position

This senior engineering position requires strong leadership abilities, stakeholder management, and advanced problem-solving capabilities in dynamic construction environments. You will plan, coordinate, and implement traffic switches, road access, and stakeholder access arrangements, as well as develop and implement traffic management plans in accordance with industry standards.

You will communicate effectively with regulatory bodies, councils, and stakeholders to deploy project traffic changes, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide technical leadership to site teams. Your experience in managing procurement, resources, and budgets within traffic management scope is essential for success in this role.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with senior-level traffic management experience in construction/infrastructure. Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and protocols is also required. Additionally, extensive experience with major infrastructure projects, preferably rail or transportation, is highly valued.
