The Talent Mill is seeking an experienced Head of Buying to lead the development and refinement of our buying function, driving business performance in the dynamic world of ecommerce fashion.

This key role will play a pivotal part in curating product ranges that resonate deeply with customers, maximising revenue and profit in alignment with our company's growth objectives. As a visionary leader, you will provide strategic direction and translate it into actionable plans and processes that drive transformative objectives.

We are looking for someone with deep expertise in Buying with an ecommerce first business, who thrives in the fast-paced environment of ecommerce buying with a collaborative nature.

Skillset:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a Head of Buying or Senior Buyer role - ecommerce apparel preferred
  • Relevant Buying or Business qualification
  • Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity
  • Stylearcade, WMS/ERP
  • Google docs, slack and G-suite
  • Retail maths and metrics
  • Planning - understanding of planning and merchandising principles
