Strata Manager - Portfolio Management Opportunity

As a casual Strata Manager, you have the flexibility to choose your hours Monday to Friday. You will step in and manage a portfolio when staff are on leave, enjoying competitive remuneration and incentives.

The Role

Your duties will include:

- Managing a small portfolio of clients

- Attending Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs), preparing meeting minutes as required

- Participating in some night and evening meetings for AGMs

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service

- Maintaining and updating knowledge of by-laws and technical matters to advise clients effectively

- Coordinating quotations, repairs, and maintenance for works required

Key Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, we seek an individual with:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- 2-3 years of experience in strata management

- Outstanding customer service skills

- High attention to detail

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Effective time management and organisational skills

- Professional presentation

Requirements

We require a candidate with a valid driver's license and the ability to work independently.
