Strata Community Manager Role

This role is a crucial part of our team where you will ensure all legislative requirements are met, provide professional customer service, guidance, and support to clients and suppliers.

The successful candidate will have a diverse portfolio of Strata and Community Titled properties, managing budgets, arranging property maintenance, handling insurance claims, coordinating correspondence with clients and maintenance service providers, following up on maintenance jobs and quotations.

Key responsibilities include serving as the designated contact point for a portfolio of properties, providing unit owners with expert advice on legislation, promptly answering client queries via phone and email, chairing and minuting meetings, and assisting colleagues and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential. While experience in body corporate management is a plus, we are committed to providing comprehensive training to the right individual.

  • Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook (training provided for specialized strata management software)
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Clear, confident, and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
