  • This position involves managing a diverse portfolio of Strata and Community Titled properties to ensure all legislative requirements are met.

Key responsibilities include:

Job Responsibilities">
  • Providing expert advice on legislation to unit owners.
  • Responding promptly to client queries via phone and email.
  • Chairing and minuting meetings, including those held at properties, in the office, or via Zoom.
  • Developing and managing budgets for maintenance and other expenses.
  • Arranging and overseeing property maintenance, handling insurance claims, and coordinating correspondence with clients and service providers.

Additionally, this role involves working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and contributing to a positive team environment.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines effectively, thriving under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook (training provided for specialized strata management software).
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Clear, confident, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
