We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Strata Community Manager.

- Job Description:
- Serve as the primary contact point for a diverse portfolio of Strata and Community Titled properties.
- Provide expert advice on legislation to unit owners, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Promptly respond to client queries via phone and email, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Chair and minute meetings, utilizing strong communication skills to facilitate productive discussions.
- Develop and manage budgets, allocating resources efficiently to achieve strategic objectives.
- Oversee property maintenance, arranging quotes and coordinating repairs as necessary.
- Handle insurance claims, working closely with clients and service providers to resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate correspondence with clients and maintenance service providers, maintaining accurate records and updates.
- Follow up on maintenance jobs and quotations, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Assist colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team environment, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual support.
- Key Attributes:
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn specialized strata management software.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to adapt and evolve in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, confident, and effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
