Strata Community Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Strata Community Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about client service and eager to grow within a supportive environment.

  1. Job Description:
  2. Serve as the primary contact point for a diverse portfolio of Strata and Community Titled properties.
  3. Provide expert advice on legislation to unit owners, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  4. Promptly respond to client queries via phone and email, providing timely and effective solutions.
  5. Chair and minute meetings, utilizing strong communication skills to facilitate productive discussions.
  6. Develop and manage budgets, allocating resources efficiently to achieve strategic objectives.
  7. Oversee property maintenance, arranging quotes and coordinating repairs as necessary.
  8. Handle insurance claims, working closely with clients and service providers to resolve issues promptly.
  9. Coordinate correspondence with clients and maintenance service providers, maintaining accurate records and updates.
  10. Follow up on maintenance jobs and quotations, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  11. Assist colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team environment, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual support.
