  6. Lease Renewals: Negotiate lease renewals and rent reviews to ensure fair and competitive terms.
  7. Maintenance Requests: Handle maintenance requests efficiently, ensuring prompt response and resolution.
  8. Lease Agreements: Draft new lease agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet quality standards.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with:

  • At least 1 year of experience in managing a residential portfolio.
  • Proven ability to manage a residential portfolio effectively.
  • Impeccable presentation and confident character.
