You will guide, support, and motivate participants on their journey to employment, while developing strong relationships with employers and support organisations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Tailor services and support to help participants achieve meaningful employment
  • Develop partnerships with local employers to create employment opportunities for participants
  • Enhance employability through referrals to support services and training
  • Provide in-employment support to sustain employment
  • Market participants' skills to prospective employers
  • Achieve performance and quality benchmarks
  • Keep accurate records and adhere to compliance requirements
  • Participate in the local community to promote services
