We are seeking an experienced Client Liaison Manager to join our team. This permanent role offers career development opportunities in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

About the Role

This Client Liaison Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless process flows between customer experience and financial advice from Advisors. The role will adhere to the full advice cycle, including preparation, execution, agreement, and implementation of advice recommendations on behalf of clients and Financial Advisors.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Financial Advisors by managing tasks and executing financial plan strategies;
  • Researching and preparing strategy and advice documents involving Statements and Records of Advice together with Advisors;
  • Implementing approved advice recommendations on behalf of the client and the Financial Advisor;
  • Acting as the key point of contact with clients to enhance strong relationships;
  • Supporting clients to ensure gathered information is correct.

Key Skills & Qualifications required include:

  • 2 years work experience within the financial planning industry;
  • Diploma of Financial Planning or other equivalent education highly desirable;
  • Solid knowledge of the financial planning processes;
  • Good understanding of managed investments, direct equities, insurance, superannuation, and compliance frameworks and regulations;
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a continuous improvement mindset;
  • Strong administration and time management skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
