The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of Broadcast and IT equipment. They will work closely with suppliers to ensure optimal reliability of broadcast and IT systems.
This role involves working in high-pressure situations, operating in a professional manner, and being an effective communicator. The technician must assess and resolve problems accurately and quickly while keeping up with rapid technology developments in the Broadcast and IT industries.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Qualifications in IT or Systems Engineering
- Experience in Linux OS and scripting
- Windows Systems Administration
- Network Administration and Support
- Hardware troubleshooting
Post-production systems experience is advantageous, as well as expertise in SQL or Oracle databases.
BenefitsThis position offers a rotating shift roster to cover operational requirements. Technicians work early morning and late-night shifts as well as weekend and occasional overnight shifts.
