
Product Category Manager

This role plays a pivotal part in driving business growth and category performance. You will develop and execute strategies to optimize product assortment, improve sales and profitability, and enhance the customer experience.
To succeed in this position, you must have at least 8 years of Account/Brand Management experience, preferably in the beauty/fashion industry. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
The key responsibilities include:
- Tracking and reporting on category performance across multiple channels;
- Negotiating trading terms with brands and ensuring optimal product assortment;
- Developing annual brand plans, including product launch calendars and sales targets;
- Managing new sell-in processes and collaborating with departments to ensure successful launches;
- Planning and securing animation slots, negotiating check-out sampling, and managing in-store mechanics/promotions;
- Monitoring and measuring assigned brands' performance against category sales and profitability benchmarks;
- Conducting regular checks on assigned brand placement/location within stores and working with brands on fixtures, stocks, and merchandising;
- Ensuring relevant, optimal assortments by brand according to allocated space and working with supply chain to meet company stockholding KPIs.

Key Requirements• At least 8 years of Account/Brand Management experience in the beauty/fashion industry;
