Job Overview

The Manager Sampling and Insights position is part of a Quality Assurance (QA) team responsible for developing, implementing, and leading the Group's financial crime operations shared service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead weekly and monthly QA sampling reviews to ensure comprehensive coverage and accuracy.
  • Oversee the execution and refresh of sampling methodology annually to maintain its effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in Financial Crime with a deep understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong mathematical skills with an understanding of sampling methodology.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify discrepancies, assess accuracy, and evaluate our sampling methodology.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
