You will be responsible for leading the growth, supervision, and management of the GP/Rural Generalist workforce, fostering strong lasting partnerships, and further building key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
In collaboration with staff, medical officers, and executives, you will work towards supporting the provision of safe, high-quality service planning, community engagement, and development of new service models.
This strategic initiative is aligned with our goals and values, promoting patient-centred, culturally sensitive care.
You will drive workforce development, ensuring collaboration, communication, and optimal team culture across the workforce.
Your Key Responsibilities- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive progress and improve outcomes in rural health services.
- Foster Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance the GP/Rural Generalist workforce.
- Develop Workforce Culture: Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and excellence within the GP/Rural Generalist workforce.
