The Role

We're seeking an experienced Transformational Change Leader to join our Digital & Transformation Group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading organisational change, business engagement, communications, and training.

You'll work closely with the Group Manager Business and Customer Change to develop and implement organisational change management strategies and plans. This includes coordinating project change activities, resources, equipment, and information.

Your main accountabilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans.
  • Providing coaching to leaders as change champions and advocates.
  • Supporting frontline managers and supervisors through transformation.
  • Identifying potential risks associated with change and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring change readiness and tracking effectiveness.

You'll be working in a dynamic environment with a focus on collaboration and strong work ethics. We cultivate a culture that values learning, growth, and innovation.
