Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Advisor for Dementia Care. This role involves providing clinical support and guidance to care teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, responsive care to residents.

The successful candidate will work closely with management and carers to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. This will involve:

  • Providing consultative advice on dementia care and management
  • Educating and mentoring care teams on best practice in dementia care
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and services
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current AHPRA registration
  • 2-3 years' experience in an aged care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to commit to various shifts, including nights and weekends
