Job Description

We are seeking a skilled designer to lead our creative team and drive excellence in branding and marketing experiences. As a Lead Designer, you will be responsible for developing visual consistency, brand integrity, and compelling storytelling across various touchpoints.

Your key responsibilities will include leading a multidisciplinary design studio, ensuring cohesive brand messaging, and mentoring junior designers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, audience-centered work that elevates our global brand presence.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse brand touchpoints, develop bold ideas, and scale design operations. We are looking for an entrepreneurial spirit, high sense of ownership, and the ability to flex across multiple projects at once without missing a beat.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in brand and marketing design within agency or in-house environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating aesthetic design skills, creative range, strategic thinking, and executional excellence across digital, web, and print
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and solid grasp of design systems and scalable workflows
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices, responsive design, and accessibility standards
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead reviews and synthesize feedback
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $170,000, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a dynamic work environment, flexible working hours, and opportunities for growth and development.
