As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing this foundation by collaborating with experienced professionals to deliver top-notch services for Class I, short line, and commuter rail projects.

Your responsibilities will involve contributing to the creation of track and civil design plans, specifications, and cost estimates. To excel in this position, you should have prior experience working on projects for freight and commuter railroads and rail agencies, with additional training in MicroStation InRoads/Open Roads considered a significant advantage.

This opportunity provides a Hybrid schedule and is open to candidates in various locations including Milwaukee, WI; Kansas City, KS; Naperville, IL; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC.

  • You will gain experience interacting with clients, agencies, and other project stakeholders.
  • You will design, draft elements and will integrate data and perform fundamental analysis of project elements.
  • You will work on challenging design projects working closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers to meet project deadlines within budget.
