Service Excellence Lead

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, with strong communication skills.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing diverse teams and responsibilities.
  • Process / operations experience, with a focus on field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams.
  • Exceptional prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to think strategically.
