Service Excellence Lead

Our Service Managers are the leaders of our service teams, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to each and every customer, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Lead by example, prioritizing team success and growth over personal goals.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Drive continuous improvements, enhancing team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Own the performance of service centres, including safety, efficiency, quality, and overall excellence.
  • Act in the best interest of the organization at all times, with a passion for its mission, people, and customers.
  • Develop knowledge of products, services, systems, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, with strong communication skills.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing diverse teams and responsibilities.
  • Process / operations experience, with a focus on field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams.
  • Exceptional prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to think strategically.
