
Duty Manager and Customer Experience Champion

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and motivating team members to deliver exceptional results
- Communicating effectively with staff and customers to ensure seamless interactions
- Maintaining the safety, health, and well-being of all patrons
- Performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the centre
As a Duty Manager and Customer Service Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in leadership, communication, and teamwork while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Essential Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Certification in first aid, CPR, and pool lifeguarding
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow with the organization
