About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong track record in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth. As Head of Civil Infrastructure, you will be responsible for providing high-level leadership across all project delivery functions and business units, championing a strong safety culture, and driving financial performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and commercial success.
  • Lead a high-performing team of direct reports, including construction managers, operations managers, and administrative support officers.
  • Bid on new projects and tenders, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior civil construction management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience guiding high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
