Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job Description:

The role of a customer service representative is to provide exceptional support to customers through various channels. This involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services.

As a customer service representative, you will be the face of the company, interacting with customers on a daily basis. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to their problems.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced customer service environment, preferably in a retail fashion setting. They will also have experience working with Demandware and Zendesk, as well as possessing excellent administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Process customer orders and manage inventory
  • Liaise with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail fashion setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience working with Demandware and Zendesk
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
