Ambitious Customer Service Professional Wanted

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Membership Services Representative to join our thriving team. This is a part-time role, of 22 hours per week, where you will be responsible for driving an exceptional member experience and building key stakeholder relationships with members.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience and success in a fast-paced premium customer service role, with a passion for health and fitness. Intermediate computer skills, excellent oral and written communication, and presentation skills are essential. You should also be able to work autonomously and be available to work Saturdays and some days during the week.
